Q. What are the benefits of registering as a customer?

A. Registering as an online customer is free and allows you to enjoy so many extra benefits of the website. You can enter all of our competitions online, subscribe to the magazine easily and order back issues online. We offer our online customers money-saving offers too.

Q. How do I register?

1. Click on “sign up here” at the left hand side of the website page.
2. Fill in your personal details as requested and in contact options choose if you want to receive any of our editorial e-newsletters.
3. Click on the register button – and that’s it!
We’ll then send you an email welcoming you aboard and confirming your registration!

Q. How do I log into my account once I’m registered.

A. Complete your details under the Members Sign In box.

Q. Will you bombard my inbox with loads of emails?

A. You can also choose exactly what information you want us to send you, if any. We compile informative e-newsletters that can be sent directly to your inbox but you choose whether or not you want to receive these.

Q. What if I don’t want to receive them anymore?

A. You can easily unsubscribe at any time using a link at the bottom of the e-newsletter.

Q. Will you pass my details onto other companies?

A. Not if you don’t want us to, read our privacy statement here. It’s worth bearing in mind though that we carefully select any third parties so you could miss out on some great offers is you decide not to opt in. But it is entirely up to you.

Q. I subscribe to the forum – is that the same as a customer account?

A. No, the two are completely separate. The reason for this is because forum users may want to remain anonymous and not use their email address. For a customer account you will need to provide us with personal contact details.
